3. Ücretsiz kullanım ve diğer erişimler

Aktif okul aboneliği bulunmadığında mobil ve masaüstü uygulamalar mevcut katalogdaki başlangıç ücretsiz işlem kotasına kadar kullanılabilir. Kota dolduğunda yeni ücretli özellik işlemi başlatılamaz; uygulama geçerli durumu kullanıcıya gösterir.

Ücretsiz veya kurum/öğretmen tarafından sağlanan erişim, mağaza aboneliğinin kendisi değildir ve kapsamı uygulamada gösterilen geçerli kurallara bağlıdır.

4. Ödeme ve otomatik yenileme

Ödeme mağaza hesabınızdan Apple veya Google tarafından tahsil edilir. Abonelik, satın alma ekranında aksi açıkça belirtilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. Yenilemeyi önlemek için aboneliği mağazanın belirttiği süre dolmadan mağaza hesabınızdan iptal etmelisiniz. Ixvel kart veya banka hesabı bilgilerinizi almaz.

5. Cihaz kullanımı ve cihaz değiştirme

Smart Board okul aboneliğinde uygun aktif okul üyeleri ve okula eşleştirilmiş mobil/masaüstü cihazlar için yapay bir tek cihaz sınırı uygulanmaz. Erişim yalnız seçili okul kapsamında geçerlidir ve üyelik, rol veya cihaz eşleştirmesi sona erdiğinde ilgili erişim de sona erebilir. Smart Board Desktop, USB ve Servis için ayrıca satılan bağımsız bir abonelik ürünü yoktur.

Satın almayı geri yüklemek cihaz değişikliğini otomatik olarak tamamlamaz. Cihaz kapasitesi doluysa uygulama uygun eski cihazı seçmenizi ve değişikliği ayrıca onaylamanızı isteyebilir.

6. Satın almayı geri yükleme

Aynı mağaza hesabıyla daha önce yapılan uygun satın almalar uygulamadaki “Satın Almaları Geri Yükle” işlemiyle doğrulanabilir. Mağaza hesabı veya ürün eşleşmezse geri yükleme yapılamaz. Geri yükleme yeni bir ücret oluşturmaz.

7. İptal ve sürenin sonu

Aboneliği mağaza hesabınızdan istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal yalnız sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur; mağazanın farklı bir karar vermediği durumda ücretli erişim mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar sürer. Dönem sona erdiğinde ücretli haklar kapanır ve varsa ücretsiz kullanım kuralları uygulanır.

8. İade, geri alma ve ödeme uyuşmazlıkları

İade talepleri ve ödeme uyuşmazlıkları satın alma yapılan mağazanın kurallarına göre Apple veya Google tarafından değerlendirilir. Mağaza işlemi iade eder, geri alır veya geçersiz sayarsa ilgili kullanım hakkı dönem sonu beklenmeden kapatılabilir.

9. Bilgilendirme ve destek

Satın alma ekranında fiyat, süre, yenileme dönemi ve temel faydalar gösterilir. Bu koşullar Kullanım Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası ile birlikte değerlendirilmelidir. Abonelik sorunları için ixvel.com@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.

10. Hesap silme sayfası

Ortak Ixvel hesabınızın silinmesi, bu hesabı kullandığınız tüm Ixvel uygulamalarındaki hesap erişimini kapatır ve aktif oturumları sonlandırır. Cihazınızdaki yerel dosyalar, kuruma veya başka kullanıcılara ait kayıtlar ve paylaştığınız içeriklerin başkalarındaki kopyaları bu işlemle otomatik silinmez. Hesaba bağlı kişisel bulut verileri ilgili uygulamanın silme kapsamına göre işlenir; yasal olarak saklanması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar tutulabilir. Mağaza aboneliklerini ayrıca mağaza hesabınızdan iptal etmelisiniz.

1. Product offered

Smart Board Standard Monthly School Subscription

This product is offered at the price and renewal period shown on the purchase screen. The local price, tax treatment, and currency displayed by the store apply.

2. Included subscription benefits

• Unlimited Smart Board operations during the subscription period
• Eligible active school members managing appropriate boards from the mobile app
• Desktop boards paired with the school accessing school-scoped features
• Use of links, messages, locking, and school settings

3. Free use and other access

Without an active school subscription, the mobile and desktop apps may be used up to the initial free-operation allowance in the current catalog. Once the allowance is exhausted, a new paid-feature operation cannot be started and the app displays the current status.

Free access or access provided by an institution or teacher is not itself a store subscription and is subject to the current rules displayed in the app.

4. Payment and automatic renewal

Apple or Google charges your store account. Unless the purchase screen clearly states otherwise, the subscription renews automatically. To prevent renewal, cancel it from your store account before the deadline specified by the store. Ixvel does not receive your card or bank-account details.

5. Device use and changing devices

The Smart Board school subscription does not impose an artificial single-device limit on eligible active school members and mobile/desktop devices paired with the school. Access is valid only within the selected school and may end when membership, role, or device pairing ends. There is no separately sold subscription product for Smart Board Desktop, USB, or Service.

Restoring a purchase does not automatically complete a device change. If device capacity is full, the app may ask you to select an eligible previous device and separately confirm the change.

6. Restoring purchases

Eligible purchases previously made with the same store account may be verified using Restore Purchases in the app. Restoration is not possible when the store account or product does not match. Restoration does not create a new charge.

7. Cancellation and end of term

You may cancel the subscription at any time through your store account. Cancellation stops the next renewal only; unless the store decides otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current period. Paid benefits end when the period expires and any available free-use rules then apply.

8. Refunds, revocations, and payment disputes

Apple or Google evaluates refund requests and payment disputes under the rules of the store where the purchase was made. If the store refunds, revokes, or invalidates the transaction, the related entitlement may end immediately without waiting for the subscription period to expire.

9. Information and support

The purchase screen displays the price, period, renewal interval, and core benefits. These terms should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Contact ixvel.com@gmail.com for subscription support.

10. Account deletion page

Deleting your shared Ixvel account closes account access across all Ixvel apps where you use it and ends active sessions. Local files on your device, records belonging to an institution or other users, and copies of shared content held by others are not automatically deleted by this operation. Personal cloud data linked to the account is handled within the deletion scope of the relevant app; limited records required by law may be retained. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your store account.

3. Uso gratuito y otros accesos

Sin suscripción del centro, las aplicaciones móvil y escritorio permiten la cuota inicial de operaciones del catálogo. Al agotarse, no se inician nuevas operaciones de pago y se muestra el estado.

El acceso gratuito o proporcionado por docentes o instituciones no es una suscripción de tienda y se rige por las reglas mostradas.

4. Pago y renovación automática

Apple o Google cobra a tu cuenta. Salvo indicación expresa contraria en la compra, la suscripción se renueva automáticamente. Cancela antes del plazo fijado por la tienda para evitar renovarla. Ixvel no recibe datos de tarjetas ni cuentas bancarias.

5. Dispositivos y cambios

No hay un límite artificial de un dispositivo para miembros activos elegibles y dispositivos móviles o de escritorio vinculados al centro. El acceso se limita al centro seleccionado y puede terminar con la pertenencia, rol o vinculación. No se vende una suscripción independiente para Desktop, USB o Service.

Restaurar la compra no completa automáticamente un cambio de dispositivo. Si la capacidad está llena, puede pedirse elegir un dispositivo anterior elegible y confirmar por separado.

6. Restaurar compras

Las compras elegibles de la misma cuenta de tienda se verifican con Restaurar compras. Si no coincide cuenta o producto, no se restauran. Restaurar no genera un nuevo cargo.

7. Cancelación y vencimiento

Puedes cancelar en tu cuenta de tienda cuando quieras. Se detiene la próxima renovación; salvo decisión distinta de la tienda, el acceso continúa hasta finalizar el período pagado. Después terminan los beneficios y se aplican las reglas gratuitas disponibles.

8. Reembolsos, revocación y disputas

Apple o Google evalúa reembolsos y disputas según las reglas de la tienda de compra. Si devuelve, revoca o invalida la operación, el derecho puede finalizar antes de vencer el período. Se conservan los derechos imperativos del consumidor.

9. Información y soporte

10. Página de eliminación de cuenta

Eliminar tu cuenta compartida de Ixvel cierra el acceso con esa cuenta en todas las aplicaciones Ixvel donde la uses y finaliza las sesiones activas. Los archivos locales de tu dispositivo, los registros de instituciones u otros usuarios y las copias de contenido compartido que conservan otras personas no se eliminan automáticamente. Los datos personales en la nube vinculados a la cuenta se tratan según el alcance de eliminación de cada aplicación; pueden conservarse registros limitados exigidos por ley. Debes cancelar las suscripciones de las tiendas por separado desde tu cuenta de la tienda.

دون اشتراك المدرسة، تتيح تطبيقات الهاتف وسطح المكتب الحصة الأولية للعمليات في الكتالوج. بعد نفادها لا تبدأ عمليات مدفوعة جديدة وتعرض الحالة.

الوصول المجاني أو الذي توفره المؤسسة أو المعلم ليس اشتراك متجر وتطبق عليه القواعد المعروضة.

4. الدفع والتجديد التلقائي

تخصم Apple أو Google من حساب المتجر. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك صراحة عند الشراء. ألغِ قبل الموعد المحدد من المتجر لمنع التجديد. لا تتلقى Ixvel بيانات البطاقات أو الحسابات البنكية.

5. الأجهزة وتغييرها

لا يوجد حد مصطنع لجهاز واحد للأعضاء النشطين المؤهلين وأجهزة الهاتف وسطح المكتب المقترنة بالمدرسة. يقتصر الوصول على المدرسة المختارة وقد ينتهي بانتهاء العضوية أو الدور أو الاقتران. لا يباع اشتراك مستقل لـDesktop أو USB أو Service.

لا تكمل استعادة الشراء تغيير الجهاز تلقائياً. إذا اكتملت السعة فقد يطلب اختيار جهاز سابق مؤهل وتأكيد التغيير بصورة مستقلة.

6. استعادة المشتريات

يمكن التحقق من المشتريات المؤهلة للحساب نفسه عبر استعادة المشتريات. لا تتم الاستعادة إذا لم يتطابق الحساب أو المنتج. لا تنشئ الاستعادة رسماً جديداً.

7. الإلغاء وانتهاء المدة

يمكنك الإلغاء من حساب المتجر في أي وقت. يتوقف التجديد التالي؛ ويستمر الوصول حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة ما لم يقرر المتجر خلاف ذلك. تنتهي الحقوق بعدها وتطبق قواعد الاستخدام المجاني المتاحة.

8. الاسترداد والإلغاء والنزاعات

تقيّم Apple أو Google الاسترداد والنزاعات وفق قواعد متجر الشراء. إذا ردت المعاملة أو ألغتها أو أبطلتها، فقد ينتهي الحق قبل انتهاء المدة. تبقى حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية محفوظة.

10. صفحة حذف الحساب

يؤدي حذف حساب Ixvel المشترك إلى إغلاق الوصول بهذا الحساب في جميع تطبيقات Ixvel التي تستخدمه فيها وإنهاء الجلسات النشطة. لا تحذف هذه العملية تلقائياً الملفات المحلية على جهازك، أو سجلات المؤسسات أو المستخدمين الآخرين، أو نسخ المحتوى المشترك التي يحتفظ بها الآخرون. تعالج البيانات السحابية الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب ضمن نطاق الحذف الخاص بالتطبيق المعني؛ وقد تحفظ سجلات محدودة يقتضيها القانون. يجب إلغاء اشتراكات المتاجر بصورة مستقلة من حسابك في المتجر.
