1. Koşulların kabulü ve kapsam

Kelebek uygulamasını veya bağlı Ixvel Platform hizmetlerini kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Ortak sınavlarda öğrencileri dersliklere ve sıralara karışık biçimde yerleştirerek oturma planları ve sınav raporları oluşturur.

2. Hesap ve uygun kullanım

Temel özellikler hesap oluşturmadan kullanılabilir. Hesap oluşturmayı seçerseniz Ixvel hesabı bulut yedekleme, eşitleme ve abonelik yönetimi için kullanılır.

Hesap bilgilerinizin doğru tutulmasından, giriş bilgilerinin korunmasından ve hesabınız üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Başkasının hesabını veya kullanım hakkını izinsiz kullanamazsınız.

3. Uygulamanın kullanım amacı

Ortak sınavlarda öğrencileri dersliklere ve sıralara karışık biçimde yerleştirerek oturma planları ve sınav raporları oluşturur.

Uygulamayı yürürlükteki hukuka, eğitim kurumunuzun kurallarına ve uygulamada gösterilen işlem uyarılarına uygun kullanmalısınız. Teknik sınırları aşmaya, güvenliği devre dışı bırakmaya veya hizmetin çalışmasını bozmaya yönelik kullanım yasaktır.

4. Kullanıcı ve öğrenci içerikleri

Öğrenci bilgileri yalnız sınav planlama amacıyla ve gerekli olduğu ölçüde kullanılmalıdır. Kurum veya öğretmen, öğrenci verileri için gerekli bilgilendirme ve izinlerden sorumludur.

Uygulamaya eklediğiniz içeriğin mülkiyeti sizde kalır. Ixvel'e yalnız hizmeti sunmak, eşitlemek, yedeklemek veya sizin istediğiniz paylaşımı gerçekleştirmek için gerekli sınırlı işleme yetkisini verirsiniz.

5. Ücretsiz kullanım

Kelebek'in temel özellikleri ücretsiz kullanılabilir. Ücretsiz kullanımda plan raporlarının yalnız uygulamada belirtilen bölümü oluşturulabilir; tam rapor için aktif abonelik gerekir.

Ücretsiz haklar, bekleme süreleri ve isteğe bağlı reklam seçenekleri uygulamada güncel haliyle gösterilir. Ücretsiz kullanım, ücretli abonelik vaadi veya otomatik olarak yenilenen deneme anlamına gelmez.

6. Satın alma ve abonelikler

Satın alma, fiyatlandırma, yenileme, iptal ve geri yükleme işlemleri kullanılan mağaza hesabı üzerinden yürütülür. Satın alma ekranında ürünün süresi, fiyatı, yenileme dönemi ve sağladığı haklar gösterilir. Ayrıntılar Abonelik ve İptal Koşulları sayfasındadır.

7. Cihaz kullanımı

Standart abonelik aynı anda bir cihazda aktif kullanılır. Uygulamada cihaz değiştirme sunulduğunda eski cihaz kullanıcı tarafından seçilip onaylanır ve kalan süre yeni cihazda devam eder. Güncel sınırlar işlem ekranında gösterilir.

8. Yasaklanan davranışlar

• Hesap, satın alma, cihaz veya ücretsiz kullanım sınırlarını atlatmaya çalışmak
• Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, otomatik kötüye kullanım, zararlı yazılım veya yetkisiz erişim amacıyla kullanmak
• Başkasının kişisel verisini, hesabını veya telif hakkıyla korunan içeriğini yetkisiz kullanmak
• Hizmetin güvenliğini, performansını veya diğer kullanıcıların erişimini bozmak

9. Hizmet değişiklikleri ve kullanılabilirlik

Güvenlik, mevzuat, mağaza kuralları veya ürün geliştirmeleri nedeniyle özellikler güncellenebilir. Ücretli dönemde temel satın alma faydasını önemli ölçüde etkileyen değişiklikler uygun kanaldan duyurulur. İnternet, mağaza veya üçüncü taraf hizmet kesintilerinde bazı çevrim içi özellikler geçici olarak kullanılamayabilir.

10. Hesap ve verilerin silinmesi

Ortak Ixvel hesabınızın silinmesi, bu hesabı kullandığınız tüm Ixvel uygulamalarındaki hesap erişimini kapatır ve aktif oturumları sonlandırır. Cihazınızdaki yerel dosyalar, kuruma veya başka kullanıcılara ait kayıtlar ve paylaştığınız içeriklerin başkalarındaki kopyaları bu işlemle otomatik silinmez. Hesaba bağlı kişisel bulut verileri ilgili uygulamanın silme kapsamına göre işlenir; yasal olarak saklanması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar tutulabilir. 11. Gizlilik, iletişim ve değişiklikler

1. Acceptance and scope

By using Kelebek or connected Ixvel Platform services, you agree to these terms. Creates seating plans and exam reports by distributing students across classrooms and seats for shared exams.

2. Account and eligible use

Core features may be used without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, the Ixvel account is used for cloud backup, synchronization, and subscription management.

You are responsible for keeping account information accurate, protecting sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. You may not use another person's account or entitlement without authorization.

3. Intended use

Creates seating plans and exam reports by distributing students across classrooms and seats for shared exams.

You must use the app in accordance with applicable law, your institution's rules, and operation warnings shown in the app. Attempts to bypass technical limits, disable security, or disrupt the service are prohibited.

4. User and student content

Student information must be used only for exam planning and only to the extent necessary. The institution or teacher is responsible for required notices and permissions concerning student data.

You retain ownership of content you add to the app. You grant Ixvel only the limited permission needed to provide, synchronize, back up, or carry out sharing you request.

5. Free use

Kelebek's core features may be used for free. In free use, only the portion of plan reports indicated in the app may be generated; an active subscription is required for complete reports.

Free allowances, waiting periods, and optional ad choices are displayed in their current form in the app. Free use is not a promise of paid access or an automatically renewing trial.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and restoration are handled through the store account used for purchase. The purchase screen displays the product period, price, renewal period, and included entitlements. Details are available in the Subscription and Cancellation Terms.

7. Device use

The Standard subscription is active on one device at a time. Where device switching is offered, the user selects and confirms the previous device and the remaining period continues on the new device. Current limits are shown during the operation.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to bypass account, purchase, device, or free-use limits
• Using the app for reverse engineering, automated abuse, malware, or unauthorized access
• Unauthorized use of another person's personal data, account, or copyrighted content
• Disrupting service security, performance, or other users' access

9. Service changes and availability

Features may be updated for security, legal, store-policy, or product-development reasons. Changes that materially affect the core purchased benefit during a paid period are communicated through an appropriate channel. Some online features may be temporarily unavailable during internet, store, or third-party service outages.

10. Account and data deletion

Deleting your shared Ixvel account closes account access across all Ixvel apps where you use it and ends active sessions. Local files on your device, records belonging to an institution or other users, and copies of shared content held by others are not automatically deleted by this operation. Personal cloud data linked to the account is handled within the deletion scope of the relevant app; limited records required by law may be retained. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your store account.

11. Privacy, contact, and changes

Personal-data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Contact ixvel.com@gmail.com with questions. When these terms change, the effective date is updated and material changes may be communicated through an appropriate channel.

The Privacy Policy is an information notice; creating an account or accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional synchronization or advertising that requires separate consent. Your mandatory consumer rights and applicable data-protection rights are preserved.

2. Cuenta y uso autorizado

Las funciones básicas pueden usarse sin cuenta. Si creas una cuenta Ixvel, se usa para copias en la nube, sincronización y gestión de suscripciones.

Debes mantener correctos los datos de cuenta, proteger tus credenciales y responsabilizarte de la actividad de tu cuenta. No uses cuentas ni derechos ajenos sin autorización.

3. Uso previsto

Crea planes de asientos e informes distribuyendo estudiantes entre aulas y asientos para exámenes comunes.

Respeta la ley aplicable, las normas de tu institución y las advertencias mostradas. Se prohíbe eludir límites técnicos, desactivar la seguridad o interrumpir el servicio.

4. Contenido del usuario y del alumnado

Usa los registros educativos solo con fines y alcance necesarios. El usuario o la institución debe proporcionar los avisos y autorizaciones necesarios. Debes disponer de los derechos de uso del contenido.

Conservas la propiedad del contenido añadido. Concedes a Ixvel solo la autorización limitada necesaria para prestar el servicio, sincronizar, hacer copias o realizar el envío que solicitas.

5. Uso gratuito

Las funciones básicas son gratuitas. Solo se genera la parte del informe indicada en la aplicación; los informes completos requieren una suscripción activa.

Las cuotas gratuitas, esperas y anuncios opcionales se muestran en la aplicación. El uso gratuito no promete acceso de pago ni constituye una prueba con renovación automática.

6. Compras y suscripciones

Las compras, precios, renovación, cancelación y restauración se gestionan con la cuenta de la tienda usada. La pantalla de compra indica duración, precio, período de renovación y derechos incluidos. Consulta Condiciones de Suscripción y Cancelación.

7. Dispositivos

La suscripción individual está activa en un dispositivo a la vez. Cuando se ofrece el cambio, seleccionas y confirmas el dispositivo anterior; su acceso de pago finaliza y el período restante continúa en el nuevo. Los límites de cambios y esperas se muestran antes de confirmar.

8. Conductas prohibidas

No eludas límites de cuenta, compra, dispositivo o uso gratuito; no uses ingeniería inversa, abuso automatizado, malware ni acceso no autorizado. No uses datos personales, cuentas o contenido protegido de terceros sin permiso ni alteres la seguridad, rendimiento o acceso de otras personas.

9. Cambios y disponibilidad

Las funciones pueden cambiar por seguridad, normativa, reglas de la tienda o desarrollo. Los cambios que afecten sustancialmente al beneficio comprado durante un período de pago se comunicarán por un canal adecuado. Las interrupciones de Internet, tiendas o terceros pueden impedir temporalmente las funciones en línea.

10. Eliminación de cuenta y datos

Eliminar tu cuenta compartida de Ixvel cierra el acceso con esa cuenta en todas las aplicaciones Ixvel donde la uses y finaliza las sesiones activas. Los archivos locales de tu dispositivo, los registros de instituciones u otros usuarios y las copias de contenido compartido que conservan otras personas no se eliminan automáticamente. Los datos personales en la nube vinculados a la cuenta se tratan según el alcance de eliminación de cada aplicación; pueden conservarse registros limitados exigidos por ley. Debes cancelar las suscripciones de las tiendas por separado desde tu cuenta de la tienda.

11. Privacidad, contacto y cambios

4. محتوى المستخدم والطلاب

استخدم السجلات التعليمية للأغراض والنطاق اللازمين فقط. يجب أن يقدم المستخدم أو المؤسسة الإشعارات والتفويضات المطلوبة. يجب أن تمتلك حقوق استخدام المحتوى.

تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تضيفه. تمنح Ixvel فقط الإذن المحدود اللازم لتقديم الخدمة أو المزامنة أو النسخ الاحتياطي أو المشاركة التي تطلبها.

5. الاستخدام المجاني

الميزات الأساسية مجانية. ينشأ فقط الجزء المحدد في التطبيق من التقرير؛ وتتطلب التقارير الكاملة اشتراكاً نشطاً.

تعرض الحصص المجانية وفترات الانتظار وخيارات الإعلان الاختياري في التطبيق. لا يعني الاستخدام المجاني وعداً بوصول مدفوع أو تجربة تتجدد تلقائياً.

6. المشتريات والاشتراكات

تدار المشتريات والأسعار والتجديد والإلغاء والاستعادة من حساب المتجر المستخدم. تعرض شاشة الشراء المدة والسعر وفترة التجديد والحقوق. راجع شروط الاشتراك والإلغاء.

7. الأجهزة

يكون الاشتراك الفردي نشطاً على جهاز واحد في الوقت نفسه. عند إتاحة التغيير تختار الجهاز السابق وتؤكد؛ فينتهي وصوله المدفوع وتستمر المدة المتبقية على الجديد. تعرض حدود التغييرات وفترات الانتظار قبل التأكيد.

8. السلوك المحظور

لا تتجاوز حدود الحساب أو الشراء أو الجهاز أو الاستخدام المجاني؛ ولا تستخدم الهندسة العكسية أو الإساءة الآلية أو البرمجيات الضارة أو الوصول غير المصرح به. لا تستخدم بيانات الآخرين أو حساباتهم أو المحتوى المحمي دون إذن ولا تعطل أمان الخدمة أو أداءها أو وصول الآخرين.

9. التغييرات والتوفر

قد تتغير الميزات لأسباب أمنية أو قانونية أو قواعد المتجر أو التطوير. تبلغ التغييرات المؤثرة جوهرياً في المنفعة المشتراة خلال مدة مدفوعة بقناة مناسبة. قد تمنع أعطال الإنترنت أو المتاجر أو الأطراف الخارجية بعض الميزات المتصلة مؤقتاً.

10. حذف الحساب والبيانات

يؤدي حذف حساب Ixvel المشترك إلى إغلاق الوصول بهذا الحساب في جميع تطبيقات Ixvel التي تستخدمه فيها وإنهاء الجلسات النشطة. لا تحذف هذه العملية تلقائياً الملفات المحلية على جهازك، أو سجلات المؤسسات أو المستخدمين الآخرين، أو نسخ المحتوى المشترك التي يحتفظ بها الآخرون. تعالج البيانات السحابية الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب ضمن نطاق الحذف الخاص بالتطبيق المعني؛ وقد تحفظ سجلات محدودة يقتضيها القانون. يجب إلغاء اشتراكات المتاجر بصورة مستقلة من حسابك في المتجر.
