Ixvel Social Publisher

Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information used by Ixvel Social Publisher for its Google/YouTube connection and its Pinterest connection, which is subject to access approval, and how that information is managed.

Operated by Ceyda · Ixvel · ixvel.com@gmail.com

Effective: October 18, 2026 · Version 2.0

1. Scope and operator

Ixvel Social Publisher is operated by Ceyda under the Ixvel brand to publish promotional videos for her own applications on her own YouTube channels. This policy covers this management tool. Student, exam and subscription information in Test Plus and other Ixvel applications is covered by those applications’ policies.

2. Information accessed and stored

  • The Google connection’s account identifier and basic profile information; the selected YouTube channel’s identifier, name and channel profile information provided by Google.
  • Google OAuth access and refresh tokens; granted permissions, connection and authorization validity information. The tool does not receive the Google or YouTube account password.
  • The promotional video selected by the user, its title and description, destination channel, visibility and publication time; the resulting video identifier and link.
  • Upload and publication status, error records and view, like and comment totals supplied by the YouTube Data API. The features described here do not collect comment text.

3. How information is used

Information is used to connect and verify the correct channel, upload the selected video, carry out the authorized user’s publication plan, renew the connection, display publication status and results, and resolve connection or publishing errors. Google data is processed only for the publishing functions described here. Personal data is not sold; Google and YouTube data is not used for advertising targeting or AI model training.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Sharing and security

The selected video and publishing information are sent to Google and YouTube to perform the requested action. Content and connection records are processed on the server, file storage and hosting infrastructure used by Ixvel, only as necessary to operate the publishing tool. A video selected for public visibility and its published information may be publicly accessible on YouTube.

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and used by authorized server operations. Management access is limited to authorized IxvelAdmin sessions. Limited records may be shared with an authorized person when required by law or for an explicit support request. These information pages do not require a Google connection; the hosting infrastructure may process ordinary access and error logs.

The tool uses YouTube API Services. Google’s processing in its own services is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Information may be processed in different countries depending on the service provider infrastructure.

5. Retention and deletion

Connection tokens are kept while the connection is active and needed for publication operations. Stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted under YouTube’s retention and refresh rules. Original promotional files and publication plans supplied by the user are separate from API data obtained from YouTube.

To request deletion of connection and YouTube API data stored by Ixvel, contact ixvel.com@gmail.com. After the relevant account and channel have been verified, the request is fulfilled as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. This is a support request; this page does not itself delete data.

When Google access is revoked, YouTube API data obtained under that authorization is deleted as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days. Deleting the connection or data held by Ixvel does not automatically delete a video published on YouTube. YouTube Studio can be used to remove a YouTube video.

6. Revoking access and contacting us

You can revoke Ixvel Social Publisher access through your Google account’s security and app connections page. New publications require renewed authorization. If you also want data held by Ixvel deleted, use the support route above.

Contact the operator at ixvel.com@gmail.com with privacy, access, correction or deletion requests. When this policy changes, the effective date and version are updated on this page.

7. Data use for the Pinterest connection

When the Pinterest connection is used, the tool processes the authorizing account identifier, username and business name, identifiers and names of boards owned by that account, granted OAuth permissions and access/refresh tokens. The selected video, cover image, title, description, destination board and publication time, together with the resulting Pin identifier, link, publication result and own-Pin statistics supplied by the API, are used for publishing operations. Pinterest passwords and session cookies are not requested.

The selected video, cover image and publication information are sent to Pinterest and the storage endpoint supplied by Pinterest for video uploads. Content published to a public board may be visible on Pinterest. Connection and publishing records are processed on Ixvel server and file infrastructure. Pinterest data is not combined with other accounts’ data, sold, or used for advertising targeting or AI model training.

Connection tokens are used while the connection remains active and necessary for publication. Retention of API data is limited by Pinterest’s developer rules; original content and the user’s publication plan are separate from that API data. Access can be revoked through the Pinterest account’s app permissions. Deletion of the connection and related data held by Ixvel can be requested at ixvel.com@gmail.com. Deleting the connection does not automatically remove a published Pin; published content is managed on Pinterest.

Pinterest’s processing in its own services is described in the Pinterest Privacy Policy.

8. Collection methods and legal bases

Information is collected electronically through user choices, OAuth authorization, Google/YouTube or Pinterest API responses and technical operation records. Requested connections and publishing rely on performance of the service; necessary security records on legitimate interests balanced against your rights; legal retention and disclosure on the relevant legal obligation. Operations requiring separate consent rely on that consent. Revoking OAuth access stops new API access; deletion of stored data remains subject to the rules above.

9. Rights, international processing and changes

Depending on applicable law, you may exercise access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal and supervisory-authority complaint rights through ixvel.com@gmail.com. Identify your request and account; necessary and proportionate identity checks may apply. Do not send passwords. Requests are answered within applicable legal periods and conditions; the shorter API deletion periods above remain applicable.

Rights are not determined by interface language. EEA/UK, Turkish KVKK and applicable other national or US state rules apply within their scope. Where their conditions are met, KVKK rights include notification of correction/deletion to recipients, objection to adverse outcomes solely from automated analysis and compensation; applicable US state rights may include opting out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, appealing denied requests and nondiscrimination.

Processing abroad may occur depending on infrastructure. Safeguards required for the relevant transfer must be provided separately; this notice alone does not authorize a transfer. You may request information about recipients, countries and applicable safeguards. Material changes are communicated through an appropriate channel; a notice update does not replace consent for new processing.
