1. Tool and authorized use
The tool is used by Ceyda to publish promotional videos for her own Ixvel applications on her own YouTube channels. The operator is Ceyda and the contact address is ixvel.com@gmail.com. Publishing is carried out through an authorized IxvelAdmin session and the channel owner’s Google authorization.
2. Google and YouTube terms
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Publications must comply with YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright rules and relevant platform policies. Data processing is described in this tool’s Privacy Policy and, for Google’s own services, the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Content and publication choices
The user must hold the necessary rights to the video, music, images, text and other publication material. She selects the destination channel, title, description, visibility and publication time. The accuracy of promotional content and required platform disclosures are her responsibility. YouTube Studio can be used to change or remove a published video.
4. Scheduling and publication results
The server uses the active plan and valid connection to carry out the upload at the selected time. File transfer, YouTube processing and moderation can affect when the video becomes visible. API quotas, network outages, revoked access or channel restrictions can prevent publication. Publication and availability are followed separately from acceptance of an upload request.
5. Ending access and changes
Access can be revoked through Google account app connections. Data deletion and support requests use the contact route in the Privacy Policy. When these terms change, their effective date and version are updated on this page.
6. Pinterest use
The Pinterest connection is used only for Ixvel-owned business accounts authorized by their owner through OAuth. The user selects each Pin’s content and destination board and approves its publication or schedule. Pinterest access tiers, board visibility, API quotas and content review can affect the result; public publication and API approval are not guaranteed. The Pinterest Developer Guidelines and applicable Pinterest terms apply.
