1. Test Plus ürünleri

Test Plus'ta sunulan ürünler aşağıdaki hakları sağlayabilir. Satın alma anında geçerli ürün adı, fiyat, para birimi, dönem ve yenileme koşulu onaydan önce uygulama ve mağaza ekranında gösterilir.

• Standart Yıllık Abonelik: abonelik süresince kamera ile tarama, dosyadan tarama ve online sınav oluşturma özelliklerini sınırsız kullanma hakkı verir.
• Online Sınav 100 Öğrenci Aylık Paketi: bir aylık dönem içinde online sınavlara ilk 100 öğrencinin katılım hakkını sağlar.
• Online Sınav 200 Öğrenci Aylık Paketi: bir aylık dönem içinde online sınavlara ilk 200 öğrencinin katılım hakkını sağlar.
• Okul Aboneliği: seçilen aylık pakete göre okulun toplam 10 veya 20 cihazında, okulun kaynakları için Test Plus öğretmen özelliklerine erişim sağlar.

100 ve 200 öğrencilik online sınav paketleri aynı paket grubundadır; aynı anda iki kapasite paketi birlikte kullanılmaz. Geçişin ücret ve yürürlük tarihi mağazanın yükseltme/düşürme kurallarına göre gösterilir.

2. Cihaz kullanım koşulları

Standart abonelik aynı anda bir aktif Test Plus cihazında kullanılabilir. Desteklenen başka bir cihazda kullanmak istediğinizde uygulama, kapatılacak eski cihazı seçmenizi ve işlemi onaylamanızı ister. Onaydan sonra eski cihazdaki ücretli özellikler sona erer; mevcut aboneliğin kalan süresi yeni cihazda devam eder. Bu işlem yeni bir abonelik veya ek ücret oluşturmaz.

Güvenlik ve hakkın kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek için cihaz değişiklikleri arasında uygulamada gösterilen bir bekleme süresi veya değişim sınırı bulunabilir. Okul aboneliğinde aktif olarak hak atanmış cihazların toplamı, seçilen paketin 10 veya 20 cihazlık kapasitesini aşamaz. 3. Ödeme ve otomatik yenileme

Otomatik yenilenen bir plan seçildiğinde ücret, mağaza hesabınıza bağlı ödeme yönteminden ilgili faturalama dönemlerinde tahsil edilir. Plan, mağazada belirtilen süre içinde iptal edilmedikçe aynı dönem için yenilenebilir. Vergiler ve mağaza tarafından uygulanan fiyatlandırma ülkeye göre değişebilir.

4. Denemeler ve promosyonlar

Ücretsiz deneme veya indirim sunuluyorsa uygunluk, süre ve deneme sonrasındaki ücret satın alma ekranında açıklanır. Süre bitmeden iptal edilmezse deneme, mağazada gösterilen koşullara göre ücretli plana dönüşebilir. Promosyonların birleştirilmesi veya yeniden kullanılması sınırlandırılabilir.

5. Aboneliği iptal etme

İptal işlemi, satın almayı yaptığınız mağaza hesabından gerçekleştirilir. İptal genellikle mevcut ücretli dönemin kalan kullanımını sona erdirmez; sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur. Aboneliği bulamıyorsanız satın alma sırasında kullandığınız Apple veya Google hesabında oturum açtığınızı kontrol edin.

6. İadeler

Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden tahsil edilen ücretlerin iade talepleri ilgili mağazanın süreç ve kurallarına tabidir. Ixvel, mağaza tarafından yapılan tahsilatı doğrudan geri ödeyemeyebilir. Tüketicinin emredici mevzuattan doğan hakları saklıdır.

7. Satın almayı geri yükleme

Desteklenen ürünlerde “Eski Satın Almaları Yükle” seçeneğiyle aktif haklar yeniden doğrulanabilir. Aynı mağaza hesabının ve gerektiğinde satın almanın bağlı olduğu Ixvel hesabının kullanılması gerekir. Geri yükleme yeni bir ücret oluşturmaz. Satın almayı geri yüklemek cihaz değişimini otomatik olarak gerçekleştirmez. Cihaz sınırı doluysa eski cihazı seçip geçişi ayrıca onaylamanız istenir.

8. Erişim, iptal ve plan değişiklikleri

Ücret başarıyla doğrulandıktan sonra hak etkinleştirilir. Aboneliğin iptali mevcut ücretli dönemi hemen sonlandırmaz; erişim dönem sonuna kadar devam eder. İade, ödemenin geri çekilmesi veya mağaza tarafından hakkın iptal edilmesi erişimi daha erken sonlandırabilir. Plan kapsamı ya da fiyatı değişirse mağazanın ve uygulanabilir mevzuatın gerektirdiği bildirim veya onay süreci uygulanır.

9. Destek

Satın alma doğrulama veya erişim sorunlarında, mağaza makbuzundaki işlem bilgisini paylaşarak ixvel.com@gmail.com adresine ulaşabilirsiniz. Tam kart numarası veya şifre göndermeyin.

10. Hesap silme sayfası

Ortak Ixvel hesabınızın silinmesi, bu hesabı kullandığınız tüm Ixvel uygulamalarındaki hesap erişimini kapatır ve aktif oturumları sonlandırır. Cihazınızdaki yerel dosyalar, kuruma veya başka kullanıcılara ait kayıtlar ve paylaştığınız içeriklerin başkalarındaki kopyaları bu işlemle otomatik silinmez. 1. Test Plus products

Test Plus products may provide the entitlements below. The current product name, price, currency, billing period, and renewal terms are displayed in the app and by the store before confirmation.

• Standard Annual Subscription: unlimited camera scanning, file scanning, and online-exam creation during the subscription period.
• Online Exam 100 Students Monthly Package: participation for the first 100 students in online exams during a one-month period.
• Online Exam 200 Students Monthly Package: participation for the first 200 students in online exams during a one-month period.
• School Subscription: access to Test Plus teacher features for the school's resources on a total of 10 or 20 school devices, depending on the selected monthly plan.

The 100- and 200-student packages belong to the same subscription group and are not used concurrently. The store displays the price and effective date of an upgrade or downgrade.

2. Device-use terms

A Standard subscription may be active on one Test Plus device at a time. To use it on another supported device, the app asks you to select the previous device to deactivate and confirm the change. After confirmation, paid features end on the previous device and the remaining subscription period continues on the new device. The change does not create a new subscription or an additional charge.

A waiting period or change limit displayed in the app may apply between device changes for security and abuse prevention. Under a School plan, the total number of devices with an active access assignment cannot exceed the selected plan's capacity of 10 or 20 devices. Each phone, tablet, or computer counts as a separate device; two devices used by the same person use two places in the plan. Device assignment and replacement conditions are shown in the app, and the current capacity is displayed at purchase or in plan management.

3. Payment and automatic renewal

If you choose an auto-renewing plan, the payment method linked to your store account is charged for each billing period. Unless cancelled within the time shown by the store, the plan may renew for the same period. Taxes and store pricing may vary by country.

4. Trials and promotions

If a free trial or discount is offered, eligibility, duration, and the post-trial price are disclosed at checkout. Unless cancelled before it ends, a trial may convert to the paid plan under the displayed store terms. Combining or reusing promotions may be restricted.

5. Cancelling a subscription

Cancel through the store account used for the purchase. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal rather than ending access already paid for in the current period. If you cannot find the subscription, confirm that you are signed in to the Apple or Google account used to buy it.

6. Refunds

Refund requests for charges processed by Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the relevant store's process and rules. Ixvel may not be able to refund a store-processed charge directly. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

7. Restoring purchases

For supported products, “Restore Purchases” can revalidate active entitlements. You must use the same store account and, where required, the Ixvel account linked to the purchase. Restoring does not create a new charge. Restoring a purchase does not automatically change the active device. If the device limit is full, you will be asked to select a previous device and separately confirm the change.

8. Access, cancellation, and plan changes

Access is activated after payment is successfully verified. Cancelling does not normally end the current paid period immediately; access continues until the period ends. A refund, charge reversal, or store revocation may end access earlier. If plan benefits or pricing change, the notice or consent process required by the store and applicable law will be followed.

9. Support

For purchase-verification or access issues, contact ixvel.com@gmail.com and include the transaction information from your store receipt. Never send a full card number or password.

10. Account deletion page

Deleting your shared Ixvel account closes account access across all Ixvel apps where you use it and ends active sessions. Local files on your device, records belonging to an institution or other users, and copies of shared content held by others are not automatically deleted by this operation. Personal cloud data linked to the account is handled within the deletion scope of the relevant app; limited records required by law may be retained. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your store account.

1. Productos Test Plus

El nombre actual, precio, moneda, período y renovación se muestran en la aplicación y la tienda antes de confirmar.

2. Condiciones de dispositivos

Standard está activo en un dispositivo a la vez. Para cambiarlo debes seleccionar el anterior y confirmar. Tras confirmar termina su acceso de pago y el período restante continúa en el nuevo, sin nueva suscripción ni cargo adicional.

Pueden aplicarse esperas o límites mostrados. El plan escolar admite como máximo 10 o 20 dispositivos con asignación activa según el plan. Cada teléfono, tableta u ordenador cuenta como dispositivo; dos dispositivos de la misma persona ocupan dos plazas. Las condiciones de asignación y sustitución aparecen en la aplicación; la capacidad en compra o gestión.

3. Pago y renovación automática

En un plan con renovación automática, el medio de pago de la tienda se carga cada período. Si no se cancela dentro del plazo mostrado, puede renovarse por el mismo período. Impuestos y precios varían según el país.

4. Pruebas y promociones

Si hay prueba gratuita o descuento, se muestran elegibilidad, duración y precio posterior. Si no cancelas antes del final, la prueba puede convertirse en plan de pago según las condiciones de la tienda. Puede limitarse combinar o reutilizar promociones.

5. Cancelar una suscripción

Cancela en la cuenta de tienda utilizada al comprar. Normalmente se detiene la siguiente renovación, sin terminar el acceso ya pagado del período. Si no encuentras la suscripción, comprueba que usas la cuenta Apple o Google correcta.

6. Reembolsos

Los cobros de Apple App Store o Google Play se reembolsan según el proceso y reglas de la tienda. Ixvel puede no poder devolver directamente un cobro gestionado por la tienda. Se conservan los derechos imperativos del consumidor.

7. Restaurar compras

En productos compatibles, Restaurar compras vuelve a verificar derechos activos. Usa la misma cuenta de tienda y, cuando se requiera, la cuenta Ixvel asociada. No genera cargo nuevo ni cambia automáticamente el dispositivo activo. Si la capacidad está llena debes elegir un dispositivo anterior y confirmar por separado.

8. Acceso, cancelación y cambios

El acceso se activa al verificar el pago. Cancelar normalmente mantiene el período pagado hasta su fin. Un reembolso, contracargo o revocación de la tienda puede terminarlo antes. Los cambios de precio o beneficios siguen el proceso de aviso o consentimiento exigido por la tienda y la ley.

9. Soporte

Para problemas de verificación o acceso escribe a ixvel.com@gmail.com con los datos de transacción del recibo. Nunca envíes números completos de tarjeta ni contraseñas.

10. Página de eliminación de cuenta

Eliminar tu cuenta compartida de Ixvel cierra el acceso con esa cuenta en todas las aplicaciones Ixvel donde la uses y finaliza las sesiones activas. Los archivos locales de tu dispositivo, los registros de instituciones u otros usuarios y las copias de contenido compartido que conservan otras personas no se eliminan automáticamente. Los datos personales en la nube vinculados a la cuenta se tratan según el alcance de eliminación de cada aplicación; pueden conservarse registros limitados exigidos por ley. Debes cancelar las suscripciones de las tiendas por separado desde tu cuenta de la tienda.

4. التجارب والعروض

عند تقديم تجربة مجانية أو خصم تعرض الأهلية والمدة والسعر اللاحق. ما لم تلغِ قبل النهاية، قد تتحول التجربة إلى خطة مدفوعة وفق شروط المتجر. قد يقيد الجمع بين العروض أو إعادة استخدامها.

5. إلغاء الاشتراك

ألغِ من حساب المتجر المستخدم للشراء. يتوقف عادة التجديد التالي دون إنهاء الوصول المدفوع للفترة الحالية. إذا لم تجد الاشتراك فتحقق من استخدام حساب Apple أو Google الصحيح.

6. الاسترداد

تخضع رسوم Apple App Store أو Google Play لإجراءات المتجر وقواعده. قد لا تتمكن Ixvel من رد رسم عالجه المتجر مباشرة. تبقى حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية محفوظة.

7. استعادة المشتريات

في المنتجات المدعومة تعيد استعادة المشتريات التحقق من الحقوق النشطة. استخدم حساب المتجر نفسه وحساب Ixvel المرتبط عند الحاجة. لا تنشئ رسماً جديداً ولا تغير الجهاز النشط تلقائياً. إذا اكتملت السعة تختار جهازاً سابقاً وتؤكد بصورة مستقلة.

8. الوصول والإلغاء والتغييرات

يفعل الوصول بعد التحقق من الدفع. يحافظ الإلغاء عادة على الفترة المدفوعة حتى نهايتها. قد ينهيها الاسترداد أو رد المبلغ أو إلغاء المتجر مبكراً. تتبع تغييرات السعر أو المنافع إجراءات الإشعار أو الموافقة التي يفرضها المتجر والقانون.

9. الدعم

لمشكلات التحقق أو الوصول تواصل عبر ixvel.com@gmail.com مع بيانات المعاملة في الإيصال. لا ترسل رقم بطاقة كاملاً أو كلمة مرور.

10. صفحة حذف الحساب

يؤدي حذف حساب Ixvel المشترك إلى إغلاق الوصول بهذا الحساب في جميع تطبيقات Ixvel التي تستخدمه فيها وإنهاء الجلسات النشطة. لا تحذف هذه العملية تلقائياً الملفات المحلية على جهازك، أو سجلات المؤسسات أو المستخدمين الآخرين، أو نسخ المحتوى المشترك التي يحتفظ بها الآخرون. تعالج البيانات السحابية الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب ضمن نطاق الحذف الخاص بالتطبيق المعني؛ وقد تحفظ سجلات محدودة يقتضيها القانون. يجب إلغاء اشتراكات المتاجر بصورة مستقلة من حسابك في المتجر.
