1. Koşulların kabulü

Test Plus'ı indirerek, hesap oluşturarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız. Uygulama mağazasının ayrıca geçerli olan koşulları saklıdır.

2. Ixvel hesabı

Test Plus, uygulamalar arasında kullanılabilen ortak bir Ixvel hesabı kullanabilir. Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan, giriş bilgilerinizin korunmasından ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz kullanım şüphesini gecikmeden bildirmelisiniz.

3. İzin verilen kullanım

Uygulamayı yalnızca hukuka uygun eğitim ve değerlendirme amaçlarıyla kullanabilirsiniz. Şunlar yasaktır:

• Hizmetin güvenliğini, işleyişini veya diğer kullanıcıları bozmak
• Yetkisiz erişim denemek, otomatik kötüye kullanım veya tersine mühendislik yapmak
• Hukuka aykırı, yanıltıcı ya da üçüncü kişi haklarını ihlal eden içerik yüklemek
• Hesap, lisans veya satın alma hakkını yetkisiz biçimde devretmek

4. Kullanıcı ve öğrenci içerikleri

Uygulamaya girdiğiniz sınav, öğrenci ve diğer içeriklerin doğruluğu ve hukuka uygunluğu sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Bu içeriklerin mülkiyeti size ait kalır; hizmetin sunulması, saklanması ve eşitlenmesi için gerekli sınırlı kullanım iznini Ixvel'e verirsiniz.

5. Satın almalar ve abonelikler

Ücret, dönem, otomatik yenileme ve deneme bilgileri satın alma onayından önce mağaza ekranında gösterilir. Ayrıntılar için Abonelik, İptal ve İade Koşulları sayfasını inceleyin.

6. Ücretsiz kullanım ve ürün kapsamı

Test Plus bazı özellikleri sınırlı ücretsiz haklarla sunabilir. Ücretsiz kamera tarama, dosyadan tarama ve online sınav oluşturma hakları; uygulamada gösterilen sayaç, bekleme süresi veya diğer kullanım kurallarına tabidir. Ücretli ürünler yalnız satın alma ekranında açıklanan özellikleri, süreyi, öğrenci kapasitesini ve cihaz kullanım hakkını sağlar.

7. Cihaz kullanımı ve cihaz değiştirme

Test Plus Standart aboneliği aynı anda bir aktif cihazda kullanılabilir. Hakkınızı desteklenen başka bir cihaza taşımayı seçtiğinizde eski cihazdaki ücretli özellikler devre dışı kalır ve aboneliğin kalan süresi yeni cihazda devam eder. Eski cihaz, açık onayınız olmadan otomatik olarak kaldırılmaz. Güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi için cihaz değişiminde uygulamada gösterilen bekleme süresi veya değişim sınırı uygulanabilir.

Okul paketlerinde kullanıcı koltuğu, mobil/masaüstü cihaz sayısı ve yeniden atama kuralları farklı olabilir. Geçerli sınırlar satın alma veya paket yönetim ekranında gösterilir. Aynı hesabı paylaşmak ya da cihaz sınırını aşmaya çalışmak kullanım hakkının askıya alınmasına neden olabilir.

8. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarım, yazılım, marka ve Ixvel tarafından sağlanan içeriklere ilişkin haklar Ixvel'e veya ilgili hak sahibine aittir. Bu koşullar size yalnızca kişisel veya okul içi kullanım için sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı verir.

9. Askıya alma ve hesap silme

Güvenlik riski, kötüye kullanım, ödeme sorunu veya bu koşulların ihlali halinde erişim sınırlandırılabilir ya da askıya alınabilir. Ortak Ixvel hesabınızı hesap silme sayfasından silebilirsiniz. Hesap silmek mağaza aboneliğini kendiliğinden iptal etmez.

Ortak Ixvel hesabınızın silinmesi, bu hesabı kullandığınız tüm Ixvel uygulamalarındaki hesap erişimini kapatır ve aktif oturumları sonlandırır. Cihazınızdaki yerel dosyalar, kuruma veya başka kullanıcılara ait kayıtlar ve paylaştığınız içeriklerin başkalarındaki kopyaları bu işlemle otomatik silinmez. Hesaba bağlı kişisel bulut verileri ilgili uygulamanın silme kapsamına göre işlenir; yasal olarak saklanması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar tutulabilir. Mağaza aboneliklerini ayrıca mağaza hesabınızdan iptal etmelisiniz.

10. Hizmet değişiklikleri ve sorumluluk

Özellikler güvenlik, mevzuat veya ürün geliştirme nedeniyle değişebilir. Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağı garanti edilmez. Emredici hukuk kuralları saklı kalmak üzere sorumluluk, uygulanabilir mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüyle sınırlıdır.

Sorularınız için ixvel.com@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Koşullar değiştirildiğinde yürürlük tarihi bu sayfada güncellenir; önemli değişiklikler ayrıca bildirilebilir.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, creating an account for, or using Test Plus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Any separately applicable app-store terms also remain in effect.

2. Ixvel account

Test Plus may use a shared Ixvel account across Ixvel applications. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorized use without delay.

3. Permitted use

You may use the app only for lawful education and assessment purposes. You must not:

• Disrupt the service, its security, or other users
• Attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, or reverse engineering
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or rights-infringing content
• Transfer an account, license, or purchase entitlement without authorization

4. User and student content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of exams, student information, and other content you enter. You retain ownership of that content and grant Ixvel the limited permission required to provide, store, and synchronize the service.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Price, billing period, automatic renewal, and trial information is shown by the store before purchase confirmation. See the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Terms for details.

6. Free use and product scope

Test Plus may provide limited free use of certain features. Free camera scanning, file scanning, and online-exam creation may be subject to the counters, waiting periods, or other usage rules shown in the app. A paid product provides only the features, duration, student capacity, and device entitlement described at checkout.

7. Device use and changing devices

A Test Plus Standard subscription may be active on one device at a time. If you choose to move the entitlement to another supported device, paid features on the previous device are deactivated and the remaining subscription period continues on the new device. A previous device is not removed automatically without your express confirmation. A waiting period or change limit displayed in the app may apply for security and abuse prevention.

School and institutional plans may have different user-seat, mobile/desktop device, and reassignment rules. Current limits are shown at purchase or in plan management. Sharing an account or attempting to bypass device limits may result in suspension of the entitlement.

8. Intellectual property

Rights in the application, design, software, trademarks, and content provided by Ixvel belong to Ixvel or the relevant rights holder. These terms grant only a limited, non-transferable right of personal or institutional use.

9. Suspension and account deletion

Access may be limited or suspended for security risks, abuse, payment problems, or violations of these terms. You can delete your shared Ixvel account on the account deletion page. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.

Deleting your shared Ixvel account closes account access across all Ixvel apps where you use it and ends active sessions. Local files on your device, records belonging to an institution or other users, and copies of shared content held by others are not automatically deleted by this operation. Personal cloud data linked to the account is handled within the deletion scope of the relevant app; limited records required by law may be retained. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your store account.

10. Service changes and liability

Features may change for security, legal, or product-development reasons. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Subject to mandatory law, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Contact ixvel.com@gmail.com with questions. When these terms change, the effective date will be updated and material changes may also be communicated separately.

The Privacy Policy is an information notice; creating an account or accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional synchronization or advertising that requires separate consent. Your mandatory consumer rights and applicable data-protection rights are preserved.

Privacy Policy

1. Aceptación

2. Cuenta Ixvel

Test Plus puede utilizar una cuenta compartida entre aplicaciones Ixvel. Debes mantener correctos tus datos, proteger tus credenciales y responsabilizarte de la actividad de tu cuenta. Informa sin demora de usos no autorizados sospechados.

3. Uso permitido

Usa la aplicación solo para educación y evaluación legales. No interrumpas el servicio, su seguridad o a otros usuarios; no intentes acceso no autorizado, abuso automatizado ni ingeniería inversa; no subas contenido ilegal, engañoso o que infrinja derechos; no transfieras cuentas, licencias o derechos de compra sin autorización.

4. Contenido del usuario y del alumnado

Eres responsable de la exactitud y legalidad de los exámenes, datos del alumnado y demás contenido. Conservas su propiedad y otorgas a Ixvel la autorización limitada necesaria para prestar, almacenar y sincronizar el servicio.

5. Compras y suscripciones

La tienda muestra precio, período de facturación, renovación automática y pruebas antes de confirmar. Consulta Condiciones de Suscripción y Cancelación.

6. Uso gratuito y alcance

Puede ofrecerse uso gratuito limitado de determinadas funciones. El escaneo con cámara o archivos y la creación de exámenes en línea pueden tener contadores, esperas u otras reglas mostradas. Un producto de pago incluye solo las funciones, duración, capacidad de estudiantes y dispositivos descritos al comprar.

7. Dispositivos y cambios

Standard puede estar activo en un dispositivo a la vez. El traslado a otro compatible desactiva el acceso de pago anterior y continúa el período restante en el nuevo. No se elimina un dispositivo anterior sin confirmación expresa. Pueden aplicarse esperas o límites mostrados para seguridad y prevención de abusos.

Los planes escolares e institucionales pueden tener reglas diferentes de plazas, móviles/escritorio y reasignación. Los límites actuales se muestran en la compra o gestión. Compartir cuentas o eludir límites puede suspender el derecho.

8. Propiedad intelectual

La aplicación, diseño, software, marcas y contenidos de Ixvel pertenecen a Ixvel o a sus titulares. Estas condiciones conceden solo un derecho limitado e intransferible de uso personal o institucional.

9. Suspensión y eliminación de cuenta

El acceso puede limitarse o suspenderse por riesgos de seguridad, abuso, problemas de pago o incumplimiento. Puedes eliminar la cuenta compartida desde Página de eliminación de cuenta.

Eliminar tu cuenta compartida de Ixvel cierra el acceso con esa cuenta en todas las aplicaciones Ixvel donde la uses y finaliza las sesiones activas. Los archivos locales de tu dispositivo, los registros de instituciones u otros usuarios y las copias de contenido compartido que conservan otras personas no se eliminan automáticamente. Los datos personales en la nube vinculados a la cuenta se tratan según el alcance de eliminación de cada aplicación; pueden conservarse registros limitados exigidos por ley. Debes cancelar las suscripciones de las tiendas por separado desde tu cuenta de la tienda.

10. Cambios y responsabilidad

Las funciones pueden cambiar por seguridad, ley o desarrollo. No se garantiza un servicio ininterrumpido o sin errores. Sujeta a las normas imperativas, la responsabilidad se limita a lo permitido por la ley aplicable.

3. الاستخدام المسموح

استخدم التطبيق للتعليم والتقييم القانونيين فقط. لا تعطل الخدمة أو أمانها أو الآخرين؛ ولا تحاول الوصول غير المصرح به أو الإساءة الآلية أو الهندسة العكسية؛ ولا ترفع محتوى غير قانوني أو مضللاً أو منتهكاً للحقوق؛ ولا تنقل حسابات أو تراخيص أو حقوق شراء دون إذن.

4. محتوى المستخدم والطلاب

أنت مسؤول عن صحة وقانونية الامتحانات وبيانات الطلاب والمحتوى الآخر. تحتفظ بملكيته وتمنح Ixvel الإذن المحدود اللازم لتقديم الخدمة وتخزينها ومزامنتها.

5. المشتريات والاشتراكات

يعرض المتجر السعر وفترة الفوترة والتجديد التلقائي والتجارب قبل التأكيد. راجع شروط الاشتراك والإلغاء.

6. الاستخدام المجاني والنطاق

قد يتاح استخدام مجاني محدود لبعض الميزات. قد يخضع المسح بالكاميرا أو الملفات وإنشاء الامتحانات المتصلة لعدادات أو انتظار أو قواعد معروضة. يشمل المنتج المدفوع فقط الميزات والمدة وسعة الطلاب والأجهزة الموضحة عند الشراء.

7. الأجهزة وتغييرها

يمكن تفعيل Standard على جهاز واحد في الوقت نفسه. يؤدي النقل إلى جهاز متوافق إلى إنهاء الوصول المدفوع السابق واستمرار المدة المتبقية على الجديد. لا يزال الجهاز السابق دون تأكيد صريح. قد تطبق فترات انتظار أو حدود معروضة للأمان ومنع الإساءة.

يؤدي حذف حساب Ixvel المشترك إلى إغلاق الوصول بهذا الحساب في جميع تطبيقات Ixvel التي تستخدمه فيها وإنهاء الجلسات النشطة. لا تحذف هذه العملية تلقائياً الملفات المحلية على جهازك، أو سجلات المؤسسات أو المستخدمين الآخرين، أو نسخ المحتوى المشترك التي يحتفظ بها الآخرون. تعالج البيانات السحابية الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب ضمن نطاق الحذف الخاص بالتطبيق المعني؛ وقد تحفظ سجلات محدودة يقتضيها القانون. يجب إلغاء اشتراكات المتاجر بصورة مستقلة من حسابك في المتجر.

10. التغييرات والمسؤولية

قد تتغير الميزات لأسباب أمنية أو قانونية أو تطويرية. لا يضمن عمل الخدمة دون انقطاع أو أخطاء. مع مراعاة القانون الإلزامي، تحدد المسؤولية بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به.
