1. Koşulların kabulü

Test Plus'ı indirerek, hesap oluşturarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız. Uygulama mağazasının ayrıca geçerli olan koşulları saklıdır.

2. Ixvel hesabı

Test Plus, uygulamalar arasında kullanılabilen ortak bir Ixvel hesabı kullanabilir. Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan, giriş bilgilerinizin korunmasından ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz kullanım şüphesini gecikmeden bildirmelisiniz.

3. İzin verilen kullanım

Uygulamayı yalnızca hukuka uygun eğitim ve değerlendirme amaçlarıyla kullanabilirsiniz. Şunlar yasaktır:

• Hizmetin güvenliğini, işleyişini veya diğer kullanıcıları bozmak
• Yetkisiz erişim denemek, otomatik kötüye kullanım veya tersine mühendislik yapmak
• Hukuka aykırı, yanıltıcı ya da üçüncü kişi haklarını ihlal eden içerik yüklemek
• Hesap, lisans veya satın alma hakkını yetkisiz biçimde devretmek

4. Kullanıcı ve öğrenci içerikleri

Uygulamaya girdiğiniz sınav, öğrenci ve diğer içeriklerin doğruluğu ve hukuka uygunluğu sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Bu içeriklerin mülkiyeti size ait kalır; hizmetin sunulması, saklanması ve eşitlenmesi için gerekli sınırlı kullanım iznini Ixvel'e verirsiniz.

5. Satın almalar ve abonelikler

Ücret, dönem, otomatik yenileme ve deneme bilgileri satın alma onayından önce mağaza ekranında gösterilir. Ayrıntılar için Abonelik, İptal ve İade Koşulları sayfasını inceleyin.

6. Ücretsiz kullanım ve ürün kapsamı

Test Plus bazı özellikleri sınırlı ücretsiz haklarla sunabilir. Ücretsiz kamera tarama, dosyadan tarama ve online sınav oluşturma hakları; uygulamada gösterilen sayaç, bekleme süresi veya diğer kullanım kurallarına tabidir. Ücretli ürünler yalnız satın alma ekranında açıklanan özellikleri, süreyi, öğrenci kapasitesini ve cihaz kullanım hakkını sağlar.

7. Cihaz kullanımı ve cihaz değiştirme

Test Plus Standart aboneliği aynı anda bir aktif cihazda kullanılabilir. Hakkınızı desteklenen başka bir cihaza taşımayı seçtiğinizde eski cihazdaki ücretli özellikler devre dışı kalır ve aboneliğin kalan süresi yeni cihazda devam eder. Eski cihaz, açık onayınız olmadan otomatik olarak kaldırılmaz. Güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi için cihaz değişiminde uygulamada gösterilen bekleme süresi veya değişim sınırı uygulanabilir.

Okul paketlerinde kullanıcı koltuğu, mobil/masaüstü cihaz sayısı ve yeniden atama kuralları farklı olabilir. Geçerli sınırlar satın alma veya paket yönetim ekranında gösterilir. Aynı hesabı paylaşmak ya da cihaz sınırını aşmaya çalışmak kullanım hakkının askıya alınmasına neden olabilir.

8. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarım, yazılım, marka ve Ixvel tarafından sağlanan içeriklere ilişkin haklar Ixvel'e veya ilgili hak sahibine aittir. Bu koşullar size yalnızca kişisel veya okul içi kullanım için sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı verir.

9. Askıya alma ve hesap silme

Güvenlik riski, kötüye kullanım, ödeme sorunu veya bu koşulların ihlali halinde erişim sınırlandırılabilir ya da askıya alınabilir. Ortak Ixvel hesabınızı hesap silme sayfasından silebilirsiniz. Hesap silmek mağaza aboneliğini kendiliğinden iptal etmez.

10. Hizmet değişiklikleri ve sorumluluk

Özellikler güvenlik, mevzuat veya ürün geliştirme nedeniyle değişebilir. Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağı garanti edilmez. Emredici hukuk kuralları saklı kalmak üzere sorumluluk, uygulanabilir mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüyle sınırlıdır.

11. İletişim ve değişiklikler

Sorularınız için ixvel.com@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Koşullar değiştirildiğinde yürürlük tarihi bu sayfada güncellenir; önemli değişiklikler ayrıca bildirilebilir.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, creating an account for, or using Test Plus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Any separately applicable app-store terms also remain in effect.

2. Ixvel account

Test Plus may use a shared Ixvel account across Ixvel applications. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorized use without delay.

3. Permitted use

You may use the app only for lawful education and assessment purposes. You must not:

• Disrupt the service, its security, or other users
• Attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, or reverse engineering
• Upload unlawful, misleading, or rights-infringing content
• Transfer an account, license, or purchase entitlement without authorization

4. User and student content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of exams, student information, and other content you enter. You retain ownership of that content and grant Ixvel the limited permission required to provide, store, and synchronize the service.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Price, billing period, automatic renewal, and trial information is shown by the store before purchase confirmation. See the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Terms for details.

6. Free use and product scope

Test Plus may provide limited free use of certain features. Free camera scanning, file scanning, and online-exam creation may be subject to the counters, waiting periods, or other usage rules shown in the app. A paid product provides only the features, duration, student capacity, and device entitlement described at checkout.

7. Device use and changing devices

A Test Plus Standard subscription may be active on one device at a time. If you choose to move the entitlement to another supported device, paid features on the previous device are deactivated and the remaining subscription period continues on the new device. A previous device is not removed automatically without your express confirmation. A waiting period or change limit displayed in the app may apply for security and abuse prevention.

School and institutional plans may have different user-seat, mobile/desktop device, and reassignment rules. Current limits are shown at purchase or in plan management. Sharing an account or attempting to bypass device limits may result in suspension of the entitlement.

8. Intellectual property

Rights in the application, design, software, trademarks, and content provided by Ixvel belong to Ixvel or the relevant rights holder. These terms grant only a limited, non-transferable right of personal or institutional use.

9. Suspension and account deletion

Access may be limited or suspended for security risks, abuse, payment problems, or violations of these terms. You can delete your shared Ixvel account on the account deletion page. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.

10. Service changes and liability

Features may change for security, legal, or product-development reasons. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Subject to mandatory law, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
